Order and Returns Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Once your order is placed, you can cancel or make modifications within an hour by informing us of your decision by e-mail at order@royalkiddies.com. After an hour, we are unable to make modifications to or cancel orders once fulfillment processing has commenced. When your product arrives (in its original packaging), you can return it for store credit.

RETURN POLICY
  • Items can only be returned for store credit. We are unable to hold merchandise for exchange, and there will be no refunds

  • You can only return an item or your order within 30 days from the delivery date

  • Items must be returned in their original, unwashed, and unused state. The full amount paid for the returned goods (minus the shipping price) will be credited to you as store credit after your items are received and confirmed to be in new condition

  • Delivery confirmations and/or tracking numbers must be included with all returns. We are not responsible for returns that are misplaced during transit. To ensure speedy processing of your return, kindly enclose a copy of your packing list or receipt. Shipping costs won't be reimbursed


The following items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed

  • Anything that is offered for free as a promotional item

  • Items that are sold at outlets, clearance, or sales


Defective Claims: If an item was damaged when received, please include a comment about it in the return request you make. To complete the request, proof of damage or defect (pictures) will be needed.

RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be submitted to and authorized in our returns processing system. Returns will not be authorized via phone or email.

To make a request for a return, please Click Here to go to our returns processing system. Please do not send back any item(s) until your return request has been accepted in our system. When your request has been accepted, please pack, and send your item back to Royal Kiddies at the address provided. When we receive your return, your store credit will be issued.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES

Contact the customer support team at order@royalkiddies.com within 10 minutes of making your purchase if you are having problems adding a promotional discount code to your order before checking out. Include the code you were attempting to apply along with your order number. We hope to fulfill these demands as much as possible. After the first ten minutes an order has been placed, requests won't be fulfilled.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined

  • Each purchase/order may only use a single discount code

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

Oversale errors may occur on one or more of our items. When this happens, we'll refund the affected item(s) to your original payment method.
