ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Once your order is placed, you can cancel or make modifications within an hour by informing us of your decision by e-mail at order@royalkiddies.com. After an hour, we are unable to make modifications to or cancel orders once fulfillment processing has commenced. When your product arrives (in its original packaging), you can return it for store credit.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 6 business days of accepting your order. We currently ship all retail orders via UPS ground, DHL, and USPS Priority. Multiple shipments may be required for some orders. We reserve the right to choose a shipping carrier. Free Shipping promotions cannot be applied to expedited or overnight services.
*Please note that during high volume sales, discounts, and holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in processing time.
*Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow 2-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for priority to be delivered.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure all shipping and billing information is accurate prior to placing the order. If a customer provides an inaccurate shipping address, and the shipment is returned to Royal Kiddies, the customer bears the responsibility for both the return shipping and re-delivery costs.
Royal Kiddies will not be accountable for packages delivered incorrectly or lost because a customer provided inaccurate shipping information.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
When a delivery is confirmed to be made to the address provided for an order, Royal Kiddies is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Royal Kiddies will verify delivery to the specified address, the date of delivery, tracking details, and shipping carrier details and provide customer upon request, allowing them to conduct their own investigation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Royal Kiddies ships to most countries. Prices vary depending on weight and final delivery location. International orders are exempt from free shipping promotions. International orders can take longer to process and will be shipped within 6-10 working days. All international orders are shipped via USPS, FEDEX, or DHL. Orders can be tracked after the package has left the U.S.
Delays may occur due to customs. Please be aware that Royal Kiddies is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. Please contact your local post office for further information concerning customs duties or fees.
All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. If asked to do this, we will cancel your order. No refunds are issued for returns, but store credit will be issued.
Please track your package through your local post office website. There you will be able to use the tracking number provided to you through email to check the status of your order. Once your package leaves the country, we are unable to track it for you.
